Within the EU, the Re-open EU app gives you an overview of restrictions and entry regulations of the member countries. Outside the EU, the Safe Travel App of the German Foreign Office provides the necessary information.

Using the built-in duty calculator, you can enter the quantity of your imported goods and receive a request to report the goods to customs as soon as the permissible quantity is exceeded. What is especially helpful is the immediate calculation of the import duties that have to be paid in this case.
