How to adjust your contract
Cancellation:
You can terminate your contract without giving reasons, subject to the notice period (ordinary termination). Once we have received your notice of termination, we will review it and you will receive written feedback from us as soon as possible.
Extension:
You can extend your contract at any time at the end of the month if your plans change and you wish to remain insured.

Questions about extension and termination
No, you can also cancel by mail or e-mail. Your written and informal cancellation letter should contain the following data:
- Your Name
- Your insurance number
- The tariff you have taken out
- The date on which the cancellation is to take effect

Yes, you have a right of withdrawal. For contracts with a term of one month or more, you can revoke the contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons via our service form, by e-mail or by letter. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation in time. If you submit the revocation in writing, it should be sent to the following address:

You can use our contact form to submit a request for the extension of your booked tariff directly online. All you need is your name, your insurance number, the name of the tariff you have taken out and the renewal period. Please note the deadline for renewal when submitting your application.
If you want to switch from your booked tariff to another one, you can submit a switch request via our contact form.
